Trading style wise like Scalping, Day Trading, Swing & Positional Trading, Investing, etc. Market segment wises only 2 we cover right now like Cash Market & Derivative Market. What is a mode of Course?

There are 3 types of courses you can find. 

Online Live Class (Zoom App)
Pre Recorded Class (Well designed)
Recordings of Online Classes (Previously held)

What if I miss any Live Class?

No problem. If you miss any live classes, you can find the Class recording on the same course (Click on same content). This recording is valid for 180 days of access. You can watch any time anywhere in your comfort.

Is there only a video or anything else?

Definitely Not. Not only just videos, but You can also find too many additional features with every course. Like eBooks, PDFs, PPTs, Cheat Sheets, etc. Even you have to answer some questions after seeing a video with QUIZ mode. And you can discuss with your Peers & Mentors in the same section if you have any type of doubts regarding topics.

After completion, do I get any Certificates?

Of course, after completion of each course, you get a certificate from Optaholic Academy. But 1 Condition is applied. You have complete all the videos at least 80% & get marks of at least 70% for each QUIZ. Otherwise, you will declare it as a Failed. So, put more focus on Learning

Can I download the PDF or PPT file?

Some of them are downloadable & some of not. So, which can't be downloaded, you can read it on an App or Web portal. And you also save it as Bookmark, if you want to read it any other time.

Can I download videos for offline watching?

Yes. You can download course videos on your mobile memory. And you can watch it any time even in Offline Mode. But it only can be watched on our Mobile App. Not be watched by other video players.

How to Join a Live Class or Webinar ?

You can click on the Notification you get at the time of class started. And also get the meeting joining link at the Email reminder before class starting. Or you can manually Join by visiting our App or Web Portal > My Courses > Select the Course > then click on the Class/Content

How do I notify you when Live Class started?

You will be notified by 3 different methods. Mobile Push, Web Push & Email reminder. You will get the notification 2 times, 15 Min before the Class starts & at the time Class has started. 

What is the Course Discussion Page?

At the Course discussion, you can share or ask anything about that course content, any doubts, any questions, etc. You can easily interact with other Learners & Mentors through a Chat Box. Check Community FAQ Page for more information

Is there any discount if I want to buy another?

To see your desire of learning, we offer discounts for our existing students. When you buy any course, 10% cashback (Max 500) will be credited to your wallet as OPTA Coins. These coins you can use on your next purchase. A maximum of 25% of the course fee can be paid by OPTA Coin

How to purchase any Free or Paid Courses?

If the course is Free, you just have to click "ADD" & it will be shown in the "My Course" section. 

If the course is Paid, you just have to click "Buy Course" > then add Billing details (Name, Mob No, Mail id, etc) > Click Next > then if coupon is available, you can apply otherwise ignore > click Proceed to Payment. After successful payment, you receive a mail with the order & transaction details. And the course will be added to the "My Course" section. You can check it & start learning from the "Dashboard" or "Library" section.

I have paid but the course is not shown in the "My Course" section.

Sometimes due to a technical fault, Money is debited from your bank account, but not received at our end. In that case, you will be refunded within 7 Working days. You will be notified from our endIf we receive the payment after 2/3 days, We will inform you & the course will be shown on your Dashboard > "My Course" or "Library" section.

Which Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept a Large type of Payment method. Like UPI I'd, UPI App, QR Code, Credit or Debit Card, Net Banking, "Wallet (Paytm, Phonepay, etc), Easy EMI, Pay Later", etc. 

You can also purchase any course at No Cost Easy EMI Method, Don't worry.

Is the Payment Gateway Secured?

Definitely. We used Secured Payment Gateway System. In additional Security, we use Secured & Trusted SSL to make our system secure from Scammers. 

Not to worry about the Payment System. But we request you please do not save the method ( Like card number, UPI Id, Wallet number, etc)

I have paid but the course is not shown in the "My Course" section.

Is there any refund If I don't like the course & not want to continue?

Till now we do not have any type of Refund Policy, If you purchase a course & not want to continue. We just continuously improve our content with your Feedback. If there is any issue with why you do not want to continue learning, please let us know. We can make it better or change something as per your comfort.

How to find any Coupon code & How to Apply it?

Most of the time, on the checkout page you can find all the coupons & you can read the Terms & click on Apply button. If you get any coupon by other methods, not listed on the checkout page. You have to type manually & apply.
