You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on the Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up.
Currently, in our platform, you can create an account through four (4) methods. Use your Facebook profile, and your Google account, through the Email id & Mobile OTP process. Click on any option & start the process. It take a maximum of 3 to 4 minutes.
If you start the signup process with Google or Facebook and see an Error message. You can start with sign up with an Email or Mobile Number. You just type manually & click sign up. Then you get an OTP on Email or Mobile, put it & your account will be created successfully.
You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to log in with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to [email protected] with the issue details.
When you try to log in, please choose the same method by which you signed up. For example, If you create an account with Google. When you come back again, you have to choose the same google account every time. And it will be the same for Facebook & other Signup methods.
Definitely not. You have to create just one account with Optaholic Academy. It can be used on Websites & apps in both places. Just use the same credential at the time of log in.
Definitely Not. If you sign up with your social account, then we only get & save your personal information like your Name, Email Id, Phone number & Address only. All the details will be safe with our highly secured encrypted system
Definitely yes. We delete all your data from our system as soon as you delete your account. But your Name, Mobile Number & Email Id will be stored in our Mailing List & SMS or Whatsapp List. You still get mail, WhatsApp, and SMS from us. If you don't need any, please unsubscribe from it.
Definitely Not. We don't do this type of Scam. Our 1st preference is always customer support, delight & satisfaction. We can't lose our Brand Value by doing this type of cheaper work. Please feel free to share with us
Don't worry, If we found any report, first we check it deeply. Know the actual reason behind the issue. Then if it's against our Violation, we will send a Warning mail. If reported continuously, we will permanently block the account.
